ALUMINIUM SYSTEMS – PONZIO

Particularly noteworthy is the fire-resistant fittings based on the system Ponzio NT 78EI. These systems are characterised by optimal thermal insulation, material resistance and coatings. Wooden products made from these profiles are available in a wide range of RAL colours and wood-like decors. Door and window profiles can be fitted with thermal insulation. At the customer’s request, door, window and facade systems are glazed with ordinary, anti-burglar, safe or other glass.

PT 50

Aluminium profile system without thermal insulation. It is mainly intended for the construction of interiors. It is also used for sliding doors (manually or automatically operated), swing doors and Smokeproof.

The PT50 system allows the use of glass panels, aluminium panels, sandwich panels, furniture, plasterboard and polycarbonate 1-40 millimetre thick boards. The design depth of the profiles – for frames and sashes – is 52-60mm.

PT50 is a swing door system as well as coplanar hinged door. The advantage of the axially mounted hinges is easy assembly and adjustment in three planes.

PT 60

The system is designed for external building elements requiring thermal insulation.

The three-chamber structure improves the functioning of the system. The additional chamber increases the stiffness so that PT 60 can be used for the production of large structures.

The system enables the production of window constructions as well as single and double-leaf doors opening outwards with different sill solutions. It is also possible to produce doors with a central groove fitting (so-called silver).

PE 68 HI

A system with a three-chamber profile structure with a fitting groove in the “euro” standard and a fitting groove used in balcony doors and windows made of PVC or wooden profiles.

The design depth of the profiles for the frames is 68 mm and for the twisted double line 76 mm. The thermal separation of 32 mm, wider than in the PE 60 system, and the two-component central seal guarantee high thermal parameters.

The modernisation of the sealing elements eliminates the need to use drip panswhich favourably affects the aesthetics of the facade. The system allows the use of a wide range of fittings and facilitates their installation. Three-chamber construction of system profiles Ponzio PE 68 ensures high stiffness of shapes and thus allows the articulation of large structures.

In the PE 68 HI version – with glass chamber closure and insulating liner in the chambers of the Uf profile, the value is from 1.4W/m2K.

PE68

A 3-chamber, thermally insulated system designed for door construction. The system has the structure of conventional planar profiles (clearance falcu is 18mm) and the possibility of using glazing mouldings into the groove in the euro standard.

PE68 uses profiled thermal spacers with a width of 24 mm. Specially designed, compatible profiles allow easy connection of the door to the display cabinet. The design depth of the profiles for frames and sashes is 68 mm.

The system can use a wide range of hardware and door locks.

PE 68 allows corner joints to be formed, crimped and twisted.

Frame heat transfer coefficient Uf = 1.8 W/m2K

PE 78N

A system with a three-chamber profile structure with a fitting groove in the “euro” standard and a fitting groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC or wooden profiles.

It is designed for the construction of windows with very high thermal insulation requirements.

The design depth of the profiles for frames is 78 mm, for sashes 86 mm.

Use of 42mm multi-chamber thermal spacers and a two-component central seal allows high thermal insulation. In the PE 78N version, the heat transfer coefficient of the frame is Uh 1.3 W/m2K. In the warmer version PE 78N+ with glass chamber closure is Uh 1.0 W/m2K.

PE 78

A system with a three-chamber profile structure with a fitting groove in the “euro” standard and a fitting groove used in balcony doors and windows made of PVC or wooden profiles.

The design depth of the profiles for frames is 68 mm and for sashes 76 mm. The thermal separation of 32 mm, wider than in the PE 60 system, and the two-component central seal guarantee high thermal parameters.

The modernisation of the sealing elements eliminates the need to use drip panswhich favourably affects the aesthetics of the façade.

Frame heat transfer coefficient Uf from 1.0W/m2K.

PE 78

A system with a three-chamber profile structure with a fitting groove in the “euro” standard and a fitting groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC or wooden profiles.

The design depth of the profiles for frames is 60 mm, for sashes 68 mm.The 24 mm thermal spacer is wider than the PE 52 system and the two-component centre seal guarantees high thermal parameters.

FIRE CLASSIFICATION: EI15; EI30; EI45; EI60; EI90; EI120

SL 1600

A system with a three-chamber profile structure with a fitting groove in the “euro” standard and a fitting groove used in balcony doors and windows made of PVC or wooden profiles.

The design depth of the profiles for frames is 68 mm and for sashes 76 mm. The thermal separation of 32 mm, wider than in the PE 60 system, and the two-component central seal guarantee high thermal parameters.

Thanks to the modernisation of the sealing elements, the need to use drip panswhich favourably affects the aesthetics of the façade.

Uh is from 2.1W/m2K and in the HI version from 1.8W/m2K

PE 96

A window system that meets the highest requirements for thermal insulation – designed for constructions used in energy-efficient and passive buildings (U_w <0.8W/m2K).

The design depth of the profiles for frames is 96 mm, for sashes 106 mm.

The 62 mm wide multi-chamber thermal spacer and the two-component central seal allow for high thermal insulation.

A wide range of glazing allows the use of fillings up to 84 mm thick.

The system has two variants: passive and passive + application depending on the requirements for the level of energy savings
