The modular system made of steel construction ensures easy assembly of individual modules into one apartment building where there are 36 residential units from one-room to three-room apartment.The ground floor is designed for parking.The first to fourth floor is designed so that on each one floor there are 8 flats: four one-room flats, two two-room and two three-room flats. On the top floor there are four flats with terraces with two three-bedroom and two two-bedroom. The steel support system ensures the transportability of the modular units. The 80% finished modules are assembled on site according to the investor’s requirements. Exterior finishing and roof are implemented on site. The interior is pre-prepared in the factory. The facade finish is a thin layer coloured plaster.Various alternative facade claddings can be used.

The roof is flat insulated with PVC foil. As standard, the internal wall and ceiling cladding is made of fire-resistant plasterboard (at the investor’s request, other available materials can also be used for the finishes). The floors are laminate or ceramic.
