Two-storey house Model B_3 is a transportable prefabricated house with a steel support system. The basic plan module of the house is 6×12×2,9 m.

The building consists of 4 modules 3x6x2,9 and 2 modules 3x7x2,9 . The steel support system is made up of a steel structure that ensures the transportability of the modular units. The 80% finished modules are assembled on site according to the investor’s requirements.

Exterior and roof modifications are implemented on the sites ofe buildings. The interior is pre-prepared in the factory. The surface treatment of the facade is a thin-layer coloured plaster. The roof is flat insulated with PVC foil. The content of each building is a heat recovery unit. As a standard, the internal wall and ceiling cladding is made of fire-resistant plasterboard (other available materials can be used for finishing at the investor’s request). Floors are laminate or ceramic. The building needs to be connected to the public electricity grid.

Heating is electric as well as hot water. Drinking water supply can be solved from public water supply or from own well. The sewage is discharged into the public sewerage system alternatively into its own isolated cesspool or sewage treatment plant. Year-round use.
